Ingredients:Recipe for Rheumatism - Huiji Dang Gui Double Boiled Chicken Thigh

Chicken Thigh – 2 pcs
Sliced Dang Gui (Angelica Roots) – 2 slices (20g)
Dried Longan Flesh – 15g
Wolf Berries – 15g
Red Dates – 15g
Boiling Hot Water – 150g
Huiji Waist Tonic – 1 – 2 cups (Huiji Measuring Cup)

Methods:

  1. Wash chicken thigh well, blanch in hot water, drain dry for use later
  2. Rinse wolf berries and red dates, place into a double boiling bowl together with dang gui and dried longan flesh
  3. Put in chicken thigh, add boiling hot water, cover bowl
  4. Place bowl into a steamer to steam boil for 1 hour, remove
  5. Mix with 1 – 2 cup Huiji Waist Tonic, serve
