Huiji Honey Char Siew

Streaky pork 600 g
Huiji Honey 60 g
Coriander (cut into sections) 1 stalk
Shallots (flattened) 40 g
Garlic (flattened) 40 g

Seasonings :
White sugar 50 g
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Soya Sauce 1 tps
Sesame Oil 1 tps
Salt ‘/2 tsp
Char Siew flour ¼ tsp
Water 60 ml


  1. Wash and cut pork into strips, place in bowl.
  2. Add Huiji Honey, shallot, garlic, seasonings, mix well and marinate for 4 hours.
  3. Roast pork in oven for approx. 25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  4. Or use nano ceramic wok to fry pork till fragrant, remove and add coriander and serve.
