Huiji Stir Fried Broccoli
Ingredients

Minced pork: 200g
Prawns: 100g (diced into small pieces)
Fresh mushroom: 3 pcs (diced into small pieces)
Water chestnut: 3 pcs (remove skin, diced into small pieces)
Shallots: 1 tbsp
Spring onion: 1 stalk (diced)
Garlic: 1 pc (chopped)
Broccoli : 200g (cut into florets, blanched)
Huji Waist Tonic: 1 -2 cups (Huiji measuring cup)

Seasoning (mix well)

Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: ½ tbsp
Pepper: ¼ tsp
Light Soy Sauce : 1tbsp
Sesame Oil : ½ tbsp
Corn Flour : 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Stir fry garlic till fragrant
  2. Put minced pork,prawn, fresh mushroom,water chestnut,shallots and spring onion into the pot and stir fry.
  3. Add in seasoning
  4. Put in the broccoli, frying it evenly
  5. Add in 1-2 cups of Huiji waist tonic and the dish is ready to serve.
