Stir-Fried Fish with Spinach

Ingredients:Recipe for Rheumatism - Stir-Fried Fish with Spinach

Spinach – 150g (washed, cut)
Ginger – 1 pc (shredded)
Red dates – 10 pes (cut into half, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
Wolfberries – 1 tbsp (washed, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
Fish fillet – 300g (washed, slice)
Ginger juice – 1 tbsp
Pepper – ¼ tsp
Huiji Waist Tonic – 1 cup (Huiji measuring cup)

Seasonings:

Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Huadiaojiu – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp

Methods:

  1. Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spinach till its cooked, dish out
  2. Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger till fragrant
  3. Add red dates, wolfberries, stir fry
  4. Add fish, ginger juice and pepper, stir fry till it’s cooked
  5. Add seasoning, stir well, turn off heat
  6. Combined with 1 cup of Huiji Waist Tonic, dish out, place them together with spinach
